NYC Bus Trip Saturday June 8th!

Heeeyyy! Its that time o' year again to spend 36 hours with us and our good friends The Reserves, Saturday June 8 and Sunday June 9th.
Join us for the ride to the big city and a show at Arlene's Grocery on the lower east side of Manhattan for an awesome weekend of libations, music and mayhem.
Pretty simple, buy a ticket, get on the bus, drink and have fun, hang out in the lower east side, eat at a fantastic restaurant, see the show, and head back on Sunday.

Boston Benefit Concert This Thursday

Wes will be playing solo at IOTA Club and Cafe this Thursday May 2nd for a concert to benefit One Fund Boston.  Proceeds go to people most affected by the tragedy on April 15th at the Boston Marathon.  Some great music for a great cause.  The Highballers, South Rail, Johnny Grave and more will perform.

Port City Brewery This Sunday

We'll be playing with the full band at Port City Brewing Company this Sunday afternoon, April 28th 2-4pm.  Stop in for some delicious local award-winning beer, and some tasty folk rock.


Cherry Blossom Festival This Weekend

We have two shows this weekend as part of the National Cherry Blossom Festival on the Jefferson Memorial Tidal Basin.  Wes plays solo on Friday at 1:15 and the full band plays on Saturday at 3:30. 


Music Still Happens Here Vol. 2

We'll be playing a few songs at IOTA on Tuesday March 5th to celebrate the release of Music Still Happens Here Volume 2.  Come hear about 20 of the best local bands and songwriters in the area and pick up a free CD chock full of great local music.  Show starts at 7pm with our good friend Tom McBride and goes until 11pm when currator and pop powerhouse Derek Evry and his Band of Misanthropes takes the stage.

CD RELEASE SHOW at IOTA SAT NOV 17th

It's finally here!  We'll be playing the entire new album Afterlens at IOTA Club and Cafe.  Our good friends The Reserves and Drew Gibson will open the show.  You don't want to miss this one!

Tarara Winery Saturday October 20th!

We'll be at Tarara Winery Saturday October 20th with our good friends The Walkaways and Scott Kurt and Memphis 59.  This is a reschedule from the Derecho storm that cancelled our show back in June.  This will be a super fun outdoor event during the day 4pm-8pm.

Velvet Lounge Show This Friday the 7th!

We'll be playing at The Velvet Lounge in DC on Friday with our good friends Round About and Color School.  We start things off at 9:30 sharp.

Port City Brewery Music Series

We'll be playing at Port City Brewery this Thursday August 2nd 6-8pm as part of their new live music series.  Come support your local brewery, drink come local beer and hear some local folk rock. 

Music Still Happens Here - Vol. 1

We'll be playing a few songs at IOTA Club and Cafe on Sunday July 22nd to celebrate the release of the DC area compilation CD titled "Music Still Happens Here".  The album fearures 20 different DC-area acts, all currated by Derek Evry.  We go onstage around 9pm, but be sure to show up early and stay late for lots of great music.  Join the facebook event here

Tarara Winery Concert Series Sat. June 30th!

This is going to be an awesome evening.  Our friends The Walkaways and Memphis 59 are also playing.  Outdoor show on a really great stage, at the beautiful Tarara Winery.  Wine tastings, great food and some excellent folk rock.  Tickets are $15.  We start things off at 6pm.  See you there.

Del Ray Music Festival! Sat June 23rd.

This is going to be fun!  We are playing the side stage in our the Del Ray Music Festival this year in our own backyard.  We play at 7:30 on the side stage right before headliner Pat McGee goes on.  Look who made it on the poster this year.

Fairfax Corner Concert Series Thurs. Jun. 14th

We'll be playing a show at the Fairfax Concerts at the Corner on Thursday June 14th.  This will be outdoors in the square at Fairax Corner.  Full band and family friendly.  Music Starts at 6:30.  See you there.
 

Bethesda Fine Arts Festival

We'll be playing at the Bethesda Fine Arts Festival next Sunday, May 13th at 12:30.  It's outside, all ages and free!  The whole band will be there.  Come check out some art.

Earth Day Oysterstock at Poste in DC

We will be playing at this great event at Poste in DC.  It's Sunday April 22nd (Earth Day).  There will be oysters, beer and rock n roll, all for a good cause.  Our friends The Chiocca Band and The Weathervanes will be there too. 

This Friday at The Dunes

We are playing this Friday April 20th at a cool new venue/art gallery space called The Dunes in Columbia Heights, DC.  We start things off at 8pm sharp in support of Adrian Krygowski's CD release show.  $7, full band, gonna be a good one.

 

Cherry Blossom Festival - Easter Sunday

We will be playing with the full band at The National Cherry Blossom Festival on Sunday April 8th, at 2:30pm.  The Stage is at the Sylvan Theater right by the Washington Monument.  Come see us!

Great Weekend in the Studio

We spent the weekend at Mike Reina's The Brink studio in VA this weekend.  Matt Shane produced the sessions and we can't wait for you to hear this stuff! Mark played an awesome grand piano, Bobby Birdsong played some pedal steel, and everybody sang a little.  We just need to mix it down and get the art together and hopefully we can deliver into your hands very soon.  Stay Tuned!
